Are you still signing the 5500 form? AFG and our strategic partners take on the highest level of fiduciary liability by serving as an ERISA 402(a) Named Fiduciary on each plan. This makes our program responsible and accountable for operational investment oversight. Our administrator signs off on all actions and decisions made for each retirement plan in the Group Retirement Solution.

Leveraging the aggregation model results in minimal billable to the employers in our 401(k).
